| The use of the term “relationship”
best represents what we strive to create with each new customer, an ongoing and
mutually rewarding, successful and beneficial relationship for both parties.
The term “customer” is equally important, since we never forget that our first
responsibility is to respect and serve our customer before all else. We
subscribe to the axiom, “if we don’t take care of our customer someone else
will.”
